    The 48 states of the United States, Alaska and Hawaii
    Canada, Mexico, some European countries, major countries in Asia and the Middle East
    If your area is not on the list, please contact us to confirm whether it can be delivered.
  2. Shipping time
    Order processing time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
    Delivery time in the United States: 3-7 business days (standard express delivery)
    International delivery time: 7-20 business days, depending on the country and customs clearance speed
    Urgent/expedited delivery: Support FedEx/UPS expedited options, additional fees
    We will provide tracking numbers by email after shipment.
  3. Logistics Partners
    We have established stable cooperation with the following international and local logistics companies:
    Domestic: UPS, FedEx, USPS
    International transportation: DHL, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide, SF Express
    All packages support online tracking, and some countries support local postal service final delivery
  4. Import and export standards
    We strictly abide by the import and export standards and battery transportation regulations of the United States and the destination country/region, including but not limited to:
    All lithium battery products comply with UN38.3 aviation transportation safety certification
    According to IATA/ICAO Standard labeling and packaging
    Exports comply with the regulations of the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), and invoices and customs documents will be attached if necessary
    Some countries may charge import taxes/tariffs, which are borne by the buyer (according to local regulations)

V. Transportation risks and responsibilities
If the package is damaged, missing or abnormal before signing, please be sure to take photos and contact customer service
If the return is caused by incorrect recipient address or no one to sign, additional fees will be charged for re-shipping
For customs delays, taxation or force majeure delays that may occur during international transportation, we will assist in handling them, but we do not assume any relevant responsibilities

VI. Other instructions
Order processing and delivery time may be extended during peak holiday seasons (such as Black Friday and Christmas)
Special areas (such as military addresses and remote mountainous areas) may require additional time or additional charges
Some countries (such as some small countries in Africa and the Middle East) currently do not support the transportation of live products
