    You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product (based on the logistics receipt date).
  2. Return Conditions
    The product is unused, undamaged, and the original packaging is intact;
    Accessories, instructions, and invoices are complete;
    Obvious damage caused by personal reasons or non-quality returns after unpacking (such as man-made damage, deformation, water ingress, etc.) are not accepted.
  3. Return Process
    Please contact the email to submit a return application → Customer service review and approval → Provide a return address → Customers send back the goods → Refund after receipt confirmation.
  4. Shipping fee description
    Return due to quality issues: we bear the round-trip shipping fee;
    Return due to non-quality issues (such as dislike/not applicable, etc.): the buyer bears the return shipping fee.

    The product is damaged during transportation (please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photos);
    Received goods that do not match the order (wrong model, color, etc.);

  8. Exchange process
    Contact customer service → Provide order information and problem description → Arrange replacement after review → New product is shipped with tracking number attached.
  9. Non-returnable situations (including but not limited to)
    Used power banks, sockets or power products;
    Exceeding the return and exchange validity period;
    Damage caused by abnormal use;
    Unauthorized self-repair and modification;
    Clearance/special products (if it is marked that returns are not accepted).

IV. Refund Instructions
Refunds will be made using the original payment method and will generally be credited to your account within 3-7 working days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
If credit card settlement cycles are involved, the credit card credit time may vary slightly.
Payment platform fees (if applicable) may not be refunded.
