  3. Can I modify the address or cancel the order after placing an order?
    The address can be modified or canceled before the order is processed. Please contact online customer service as soon as possible. The order cannot be changed after it is shipped.

🚚 Shipping and Transportation

  1. How long does it take to ship?
    We usually ship within 1-3 working days, and you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number after shipment.
  2. What areas are covered by the delivery range?
    We support delivery in the 48 states of the United States and provide international shipping services (except for some countries/regions).
  3. Which couriers do you use?
    We mainly cooperate with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. International orders may be delivered by DHL or local couriers.

    Our socket supports 100–240V voltage input, which is suitable for use in most countries. Please confirm the plug type before purchasing.
  3. Do your products have a warranty?
    Yes. We provide a 12-month limited warranty service for all power products.

🔁 Returns and after-sales

  1. What if I receive a damaged product?
    Please take a photo and contact customer service within 48 hours after receiving the package, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
  2. Can I return the product without reason?
    We support worry-free returns within 30 days, but you must ensure that the product is unused and the packaging is intact. For returns not due to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
  3. How long does it take for the refund to be received?
    The refund will be returned to the original route within 3-7 working days after we receive the returned goods and complete the review.
